The farmstay has been built using natural indigenous materials sourced locally. Our farm boasts of an organic vegetable garden, a dairy and multiple fruiting trees. The Gallery (dining hall) celebrates the warm, celebratory traditions of Punjab that include organic farm to table meals, north Indian favourites and our take on Punjabi Chinese at one table. The Gallery also features a permanent exhibition of paintings and photographs by local artists along with a large projector screen, which is set up on request only – so you don’t miss out on that big game, even on your holiday!

Anand By The Satluj is a proud supporter of the world’s largest cultural event, Holla Mohalla. Hola Mohalla, also called Hola, is a three-day long Sikh festival which normally falls in March each year usually a day after or on the day of Holi. The fair at Sri Anandpur Sahib is traditionally a three-day event but participants attend for a week, camping out and enjoying various displays of fighting prowess and bravery, and listening to kirtan, music and poetry. The event concludes on the day of Hola Mohalla with a long, military-style procession near Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, by proud Nihang Singhs.

Anand By The Satluj is closely related to the Anandpur Sahib Heritage Foundation founded by Sri Sodhi Vikram Singh. A descendant of the royal family of Anandpur and the fourth Guru of the Sikhs, Mr. Sodhi is deeply involved in the cultural and economic welfare of the city of Sri Anandpur Sahib. A formidable polo player of international repute, Mr. Sodhi also introduced polo to Holla Mohalla by instituting the 'Sodhi Kishan Singh Memorial Polo Cup' to honour his grandfather.
Now, Mr. Sodhi along with his wife Mrs. Sumathy Sodhi, one of India’s leading interior designers serve as trustees on the board while working tirelessly for the community of Anandpur Sahib.
