Your Role:

Aa an Executive Housekeeper you are responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping department to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and laundry personnel.
  • Establish and enforce cleaning standards and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that supplies are ordered and maintained efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage the housekeeping department budget, including labor and supplies costs.
  • Inspect and assess the quality of cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the hotel's standards.
  • Monitor and address guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services promptly.
  • Create work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to address any repair or maintenance needs in guest rooms or common areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and train staff in proper safety procedures.
  • Promote environmentally friendly practices, such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
  • Manage the handling, cleaning, and replacement of linens and towels in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Prepare regular reports on the department's performance and expenses for hotel management.
  • Interact with guests to address their housekeeping-related inquiries or concerns.

Please additionally note that as an executive of AM Hotel Kollection, we believe in multi-tasking and ensuring that the presentation is key. Receiving positive guest/Customer feedback on continuous basis is a key deliverable. All executives work as per internal set goals, hence you will work closely with the AM Hotel Kollection head office and will take part in any activity that the head office may deem necessary. Please note that in line of same activity, you may also be required to share your expertise with other AM Hotel Kollection partner hotels

Skills & Requirements:

  • Hotel Management and/or skill relevant education preferred
  • Pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • Computer dexterity: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Prior relevant hospitality experience in position of application.

Must be open to joining at any of the AM Hotel Kollection locations (AM Hotel Kollection is now at 11 locations & growing)
