Our in-house restaurant: Lhasa Newar Kitchen & Bar is designed elements of a vintage and rustic tavern while incorporating hints of traditional Newari & Tibetan architecture. The Lhasa section of the menu offers traditional Tibetan cuisine while the Newar section is inspired by Nepalese cuisine. The restaurant houses Gangtok’s first wood-fire fusion pizzeria that blends in traditional Neapolitan pizza making with a choice of Newari/Tibetan toppings.
